A pre-approval letter is not binding on the lender; it is subject to an appraisal of the home you wish to purchase and certain other conditions. If your financial situation changes (e.g. you lose your job), interest rates rise or a specified expiration date passes, your lender must review your situation and recalculate your mortgage amount accordingly.

Please complete the online application form first. You will be contacted and asked to provide written verification of income, assets, and closing funds. This pre-approval is used to verify your ability to close.
With All-cash purchases, only a current bank statement is needed. American Pacific Mortgage will provide their pre-approval 48 hours after receiving all required documents and information.
Required documents to be emailed, faxed, or delivered to Michele Morse Reen:
- Copy of credit report within 30 days or signed authorization to run credit
- Driver's License photocopies (or other valid picture ID)
- Last Two years of W-2’s. (2010 and 2009)
- Bank Statements covering past two months
- Pay Stubs covering the most recent 30 day period
- Any additional requested documentation by American Pacific Mortgage (Possibly 2 years tax returns)
